the location was great close to the gran via metro station. shopping and dining were easily accessible, i found many options. the staff seemed kind. rooms included everything i needed.
the air conditioning did not work for cooling so i opened the windows. the outside was noisy until about 4am.

The hotel is in a superb location! so many attractions are within walking distance. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service. the room was kept super clean daily. i also appreciated that the airport metro line has a stop that's very close to the hotel.
Sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

the room included a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. it also featured a modern design with functional furniture. i noticed that the room had ample storage space, perfect for longer stays. it was a very nice room indeed!

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. i saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes available each morning. coffee and juice were readily available. everything was of good quality!

the hotel provided luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. this made exploring the city much easier. i also appreciated the fast, free wifi available throughout the building. these ammenities are very important when i travel!
